Frequently Asked Questions
1. What’s the best time to come in for a 3D ultrasound?
The best time is between 26 to 32 weeks when your baby has developed more features and still has room to move. But we can see them at earlier or later stages too!
2. Will I get clear pictures of my baby?
Image quality can vary depending on factors like your baby’s position, how far along you are, and fluid levels. While we do our best to capture special moments, each session is unique.
3. How long does the ultrasound session last?
Most sessions last 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the package you choose.
4. Can I bring family and friends?
Absolutely! We welcome your loved ones to share this special experience with you. Our space is family-friendly.
5. Can you tell me the gender of my baby?
Yes! We offer gender determination ultrasounds, and we can also seal the results in an envelope if you want a surprise.
6. What if my baby isn’t in a good position?
If we can’t get a good view, we’ll offer a free rescan within a week to try again (ask us for details).
7. Is this ultrasound safe?
Yes! We use the same safe ultrasound technology as medical offices, but our scans are elective and for bonding purposes only.
8. Do you offer printed or digital photos?
Yes, you’ll receive printed photos, and we can also provide digital copies depending on your package.
9. How should I prepare for my ultrasound?
Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment. Staying hydrated can help improve image quality.
